Dishonest online clothing store

I ordered clothing with Shade-sa1 online. I made the payment and I forwarded them it. Their policy it’s written if you purchase from them it will take 2-3 days to deliver and you have to pay R100 for the courier. Since 30/08/21 till today I haven’t received anything. I call , I messaged them but in vain. I only received a message showing the parcel being sent to me that was Monday 27/08/21 till today it’s Friday. Then I called her yesterday Thursday on a different number which not the one that you order with and she answered. I asked her about my parcel she showed me on the message that she’s sending to me with an apologetic message for taking long and I told her about the parcel she sent on Monday which haven’t arrived and guess what? She dropped the phone on me. When I get to her online clothing I see people thanking her and I wonder how long did theirs take and here I’m struggling with this woman. Her name is Nadine Mahlaola . Help guys I’m sick and tired of this lady’s service. I’m an online shopper it’s the first time I experienced this. You can publish it and let them know I don’t know their email address.
