Worst service to date

I purchased a small item on the 07/04/2025 its now 20/05/2025. I have emailed them 3 times and I even tried to communicate with them via whatsapp on both contact numbers they provided. I called the call centre number and still nothing. This service is not working out for me and I require a refund!!!
