WORST SERVICE EVER ONLINE CAR PARTS

i can not believe the service received for this company. paid deposit 16/04/2025, after being promised that my part will be ordered by Xolisa the very same day and that it will only take 2 to 3 days. I paid my deposit, no problem. I struggled more that a week to get hold of any body there. Phoned and emailed on all available contact details. we aare at 07/05/2025, paid the balance and not clearing the payment they are refusing to deliver my part.
