Worst online purchase and customer service experience ever.

The worst customer service ever, bought a part last week Thursday still waiting for a response, mind you i am the one call they don't bother calling or following up. I asked for a refund from finance i literally got laughed at over the phone sales team and management have no respect to their clients or whatsoever.
