Worst merchant and *******.

If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order on 17/07/2025, they didnt have stock, so I cancelled the order on 04/08/2025. To date, I have communicated with them to get my money back from them, however no refund has been done. I am totally disgusted with the lack of service or reply to my emails and lack of answering the phone when I try to call them. If my order was a small value I would have left it, but I cannot afford losing the money I paid in good faith. This is my absolute worst experience with any merchant yet. PLEASE stay away from this company. They are not credible at all.
