Worse service ever

Never in my life have I experienced worse service. I ordered car parts on 02/06/2025. Payment was made immediately but after a week of nothing I called and eventually managed to get hold of someone who then changed the payment to received not awaiting. Once after that I managed to get hold of somebody that confirmed that all parts were not yet available and it was said that it should be there that same week during which I said to send all the parts together and not bit by bit as it would only be a few more days waiting. That was 3 weeks ago. Not once have I received an update as to what is the status of my order. I tried again today, and surprise surprise call was eventually answered by the switchboard but, no surprise, when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, nobody to speak to, yet another unanswered voice message had to be left. And still no answer as to when and if I will receive any parts.
