we ordered parts for our mazda 323 on monday the 5th of this month and havent heard back from them untill today that i phoned, got a message about 2 hours ago from buffalo courier that i have to pay R18,99 for courier cost but on online car parts website i asked for courier guy to handle the delivery so its false adverti*****t from there side so i am very unsatisfied with the service i had received from them, and want to add that there call centre agents are not helpfull at all.
