Very very poor service

The payment system glitched and my payment went through but the website did not recognise it as paid. I had to contact payfast personally to get confirmation that they received payment. It has now been 23 days since and i am still struggling to get anything from Online car parts, no part or refund has happened. This is not my first time buying from them, but the service received now was appalling
