Very Poor Service

I ordered two parts onlinecarparts since early May 2023, the first one checked it self and found ir was a wrong one. I then informed Exonerate Tshililo who was the consultant helping me that will return it, the following day i returned it only to find they relocated. I took the second part to my mechanic who told me the part was incorrect and he gave it back to me, I again informed Exonerate about this problem and she said i must return it. I returned it the request of exchanging to other part, i was informed they got it and they will look into the exchange issue. Two weeks down the line Exonerate sends a picture of the part i have returned and telling me it already enroute to me. I told that not was not the exchange i referd to and that i managed to buy that what she sent from some other place. The following day i received it and informed her i will retiurn it for refund and to date i can get my refund nor any update. Every time i enquire about the progress I'm told they are working on it and there will be penalty of 20% handling fee. To date, echange and no refund nor decency to update.
