Very frustrated customer

I bought a car battery on the 18 December 2025 and I still have not received my order yet.

Every time I call them, they always say that either the supplier doesn’t have a stock or the battery will be delivered next week Tuesday or Wednesday.

Mind you I need a car to drive back to Joburg.

All I want is a refund so that I can buy another battery. Can you please help
