Very bad service

I ordered an Oxygen Sensor From this company and Sheldon was the sales person who assisted me and seemed to know what he was doing. I paid for my order and I was promised that I will received a deliver in with 3 days. I only received my order 2 weeks later and it was incorrect, I sent it back at my own cost. Sheldon received the Oxygen sensor but never sent the new sensor. I called them several times and I could not get any assistance. I was referred to Thandeka who also tried to assist me but couldn't as I was told that only Sheldon will assist me. on the 14th of December 2023 I eventually asked for a refund since they were unable to help me. Today I called Sheldon and to my surprise, he couldn't help me since he doesn't deal with refunds as he is just a sales person. I paid my hard earned money and want my money back as soon as possible. You received your product in good order and I want my refund as soon as possible. My experience with Online Car Parts is unpleasant and I will not recommend ordering something online from them as you will struggle to get a refund should they fail to deliver.
