Unreliable Delivery and Horrible Customer Service from Online Car Parts

I ordered a car part from Online Car Parts, and not only has it not been delivered, but every time I try to inquire about the status of my order, I’m either ignored or met with vague responses. The worst part? When I called to ask for an update, they literally hung up on me! It’s incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to treat customers like this. I’ve been patient, but at this point, I still have no idea when (or if) I’ll receive my part, and I’m left with no clear answers. I strongly advise staying away from Online Car Parts if you want any kind of reliable service or decent customer support. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
