unreliable customer service

I`m complaining regarding my recent purchase experience with Online Carparts. On October 7, 2023, I purchased a steering rack from them company for R6,700. Unfortunately, upon receipt, it became evident that the steering rack was not functioning properly. Subsequently, I had to return the item to the company almost three times, incurring additional expenses for courier costs throughout this process. Despite their assurances of a refund, I am disappointed to inform state that I have yet to receive the reimbur*****t. I have diligently followed their instructions, providing my bank account confirmation details as requested. However, despite numerous attempts to contact their accounts manager and other relevant personnel, I have encountered significant obstacles. Often, my calls are ignored or diverted, exacerbating my frustration and inconvenience. In addition to the refund owed to me, I am now compelled to seek legal recourse for the breach of our agreement. Furthermore, I am exploring options to recover the storage fees that have accumulated for my car since the initial purchase date. This situation has caused me undue stress and financial burden, and I expect a swift resolution to rectify the matter
