Unreliable company on refunds

You order they deliver but they still haven't paid back my money as their item was sent back to them. I bought a cooling fan Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 V8 2011model for R3500 but was incorrect on plugs.It is now a full month without any refund.im told to call the finance department but always no answers
