Unprofessional Service and *********** Staff

I placed an order with Online Car Parts. It Firstly took them hours to give me a Quote. Everytime I called to check up on the status of my Quote, The lady that helped me kept saying she will call the warehouse to check. I finally got my Quote and made payment so they can order my Parts. The next day I got a call saying my order is ready for collection. I went to fetch it. When I get there, then they decide to check if its the right stuff I order. I waited for over half an hour only to find out It was an incorrect order. I will never recommend them to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional Service.
