Unprofessional and rude

I used them before with no problems, so I bought from them again and there comes all sorts of problems. I used the payfast paygate option at checkout and they took my R5995 but the order was not placed from their side. i asked for them to reverse that payment and I reordered using the payflex option at checkout and the order was successfully placed and again R5995 was taken from my account. When i spoke to "Lisa"and "Tracey"via whatsapp they say" they dont get it"???? Surely they must see that their was a payment from payfast and a payment from payflex. And top it all off they get impatient and rude when yuo try to explain it to them.... very unprofessional!!!!! Just hope I receive the part I ordered as it is quite urgent and hope I dont end up losing R11990...
