Unprofessional

I placed an order for wipes on 10/06/2025, and it was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. However, today is 1st July, and I still have not received my order.

I have attempted to contact your team several times. One of your staff members assured me that they would get in touch, but I have not received any further communication. I also tried reaching out via WhatsApp to both contact numbers provided, but I was ignored marked as blue ticked, and my follow-up messages have still gone unanswered.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the poor level of service I have received.
