Unhappy Customer

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before spending their money with this company. In my experience, their service has been consistently poor. They do not communicate order progress, and every time you follow up, they claim they have no stock and then disappear for another week without any update. You are forced to chase them, instead of them taking responsibility and informing you.

They don’t answer their phones, they don’t respond promptly, and they do not take accountability for their mistakes. The level of service I received was unacceptable. I will never buy from them again. What a ****mer !!!! so unproffessional
