I ordered from Online Car Parts on the 14th of November and it’s now weeks later with ZERO feedback, ZERO updates, and absolutely no sign of professionalism. Every time I call, they shove me straight onto hold and leave me there indefinitely, like they don’t care about their customers at all. This is not just bad service — it’s disgraceful. They happily take your money but vanish when it comes to delivering or even communicating. I wouldn’t trust this company with a single cent again.
