THEY DON’T REFUND, even if items are within their refund parameters

In December 2020 I returned an e46 alternator and requested my refund of R2936.18 for a year until I gave up!

I made another purchase in October 2021 (service kit) for a chev utility, however, a timing belt was not in stock. They said they will refund me for the item not in stock; 10 months later I gave up requesting my money.

So, make a wise decision when you make a purchase from them; there’s high probably you won’t get a refund!
