Thee worst online store ever!

Please avoid this online store at all costs! I made a purchase for coil pack and sparkplugs on the 1st of May 2025. Till today i never recieved the parts, i had to drive to their office where i found a bunch of *********** employees who do not have an answer to even save their own lives. The attitude from the lkadies who work there will give you instand diarrhea and anxiety! There is no manager or supervisor to escalate the problems to. All they say is " we don't know ". Their website should have a live inventory list of available stock instead of them just taking our monies and holding tghem to ransom while we hope and pray that our parts will be delivered. This is my worst experience ever on e-commerce and i hope the business closes down soon because they arfe good for nothing!
