The worst, take your money elsewhere!!!!!

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I bought a FAW V2 water pump from them online around April 19th this year. However, two weeks passed without delivery, and they remained unresponsive.

I called to cancel the order since I had already obtained the part elsewhere. They promised to process the refund within a day or two. A week went by, but there was no refund or communication.

I called again and was transferred repeatedly, still with no refund. Three months later, I sent someone to their establishment to request a refund on my behalf. They claimed the manager was unavailable to process it.

In July, they emailed, stating the part was out of stock and asking if I wanted a replacement. I rep****, requesting only my money back. They didn't respond.

To this day, October 23rd, 2024, I'm still waiting for my refund.
