THE WORST KIND OF SERVICE.....

To say am disgusted with the service from Online car parts is an understatement. In my entire existence I have never come across such bad service. I ordered a mirror for my car from them, and I indeed received the mirror however it was incorrect so I had to return it back. They promised to search from other warehouses however no luck. I then asked to be refunded seeing that they are not finding the mirror. I sent them my details on the 21st Of December for a refund till today they keep giving me the run around excuses after excuses. No communication from them. I HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT UNDERSTANDING WITH THEM however my rights as a consumer have been violated. Legal action against them is my last resort..
