The worst ever Bad service

I ordered a part and payment was made, I canceled the part while part was pending, not yet dispatched, via calling them, they canceled the part but no refund was made, I tried calling multiple times and they just transferred my call with no help, I spoke to there team leaders and still no response or call back as promised, I called a day after and they transferred me to there accounts department, the lady told me the person responsible for the refund was not available, I asked her to email me, but still nothing
