The lond road to a refund

Ordered a part incorrectly and returned it. They received it by the 12th of December 2019. Have been waiting for a refund ever since. Owner never available and "accounts department" apparently only working on fridays, but which fridays were never specified. Would never recommend anyone doing business with them.
