Terrible & unproffessional Service

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I bought car parts, I needed to return 2 items - the agent ignired my mails completely then I called the company & she was avoiding my calls. I escalated to the manager whom I struggled to get hold of, then asked the agent to contact me. The agent wrote an email & guess what my parts are still not returned. I am so disappointed with the level of service :-( :-( :-( after spending to much money on them.</p> <p>They need to take these parts back cause according to their terms & conditionds I qualify to return these items</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never use their service ever again</p>
