Terrible service

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an online company...I ordered and paid for car parts on 01/10. Then after 4 days had to phone to find out what is happening to my order, only to be told it is due for shipping later that afternoon. Next day I get an sms to inform me it was shipped a day after being told it is going to be shipped. When I receive my parcel, it is not even my parts or order, so I had to phone again, only to find out that there was a mistake, but my original order was shipped and is due today. Today I receive an sms confirming that my order was shipped only after my phone call. This is absolutely pathetic service and I can understand when people make mistakes, but I hate it when I am being **** to..
