Terrible service at 1 Bond St Kensington B, Randburg,2194

I bought a overnight part which im still waiting for over 2 weeks now i called them everyday after the order they then refused to answer my calls & WhatsApp messages so i went to there office in 1 Bond St Kensington B, Randburg,2194 it was still in construction place looks like a mess there were signs that says closed due to construction but i heard people inside so i inspected and saw there office inside & spoke to a Tracy inside she said they will do a follow up she said it will be delivered within the next day the latest the 2nd day i called her today 7 June on a Saturday she said there closed & she is at home & can't help me this was the 2nd day she said it will be delivered & today saw on there website theres a letter from online purchase that highlights there is payment issues threw FNB & FICA regulations which has an impact on customer service & because of that it's got an impact to an ability to process orders, refunds & payments ever since this letter of the 7th April 2025 in theory it means your not supposed to operate they are deceiving customers with a non service delivery & taking there money which in theory is ***** & is a ******** offence
