Terrible service.

I placed an order on Monday, and today is Wednesday. The order status still shows 'processing.' I have attempted to contact the online department by phone, but I was unable to connect. I also tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but they have not responded. I am beginning to have concerns about whether I will receive the items I purchased.
