Terrible Service

Absolutely shocking, paid for my order on 23rd January, still waiting, no feedback. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone who can actually assist have spent ages on hold and then the rude people who answer the phone say hold and put me through to a full message box and phone cuts off. Terrible aftersales service...
