Terrible Customer Experience

Firstly, they offer overnight courier which happened more than a week later!! Then to top it all the mirror that i ordered didn't have a back cover.... ever since (another week later) cannot get hold of them via email, phone to escalate and have them send this to me.... i will not recommend this company!!
