Terrible

I ordered a part and the wrong part arrived. The part was returned to them. After a week they eventually said they ding have the correct part and I'll be refunded. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now. Everyday I phone they say they'll contact accounts and get back to me. They never call back. Every day I hear they will ask the accounts department. A month later and I'm still waiting for my refund.
