Taking money with no stock and no money to refund...

Bought parts 21/01/2025 with reassurance that they have stock...by end of February confirmed the do not have stock. Said they would refund me. After numerous emails and call the sent me a mail on 7 May stating "We are currently experiencing financial strain, as our bank account has been frozen since the 7th of April. We have been informed that the issue should be resolved today." still after numerous calls and emails nothing. Please stay away!
