Started with poor service that just got worse

After searching online car part dealerships that accept PayPal, I came across onlinecarparts. They proudly display PayPal as an accepted payment method.

This was when I started over 2 weeks ago. The logo is still there today. 48hrs after my initial mail that stated the make and model of my car, the consultant asks me the make and model???? After complaining I get someone else to help who was great until I asked for an invoice to pay via PayPal. Oh, no, we do not accept PayPal. After a half hearted apology I get the response "I give you the price, do you want to do business or not" Great way to talk to customers.

The courier fee also suddenly went up from R250 to R350 with no explanation other than "heavy parts" which is understandable but that I was told when quoted R250. Unless the parts suddenly got heavier in the past week.

If you are an online dealer and you site states you accept a form of payment, accept it. Make a plan, do not fob me off with excuses of issues you have had in the past and how you are trying to get the site changed. I have wasted over 2 weeks to this this poor pathetic response and no feedback from the owner/MD as I have asked for days on end.
