Shocking service, the customer has to constantly follow up

I bought 4 glow plugs from them with shipping last Sunday (16th August). Today is Friday (21st) the following week, still no confirmation that my order has been shipped, and I live 35 minutes drive away so I don't understand what is the hold up.

I have been following up once a day from Wednesday, reassured that my items will be shipped on Thursday, spoke to a consultant now, I was put on hold for 7 minutes, only for no answer regarding my shipment from the dispatch manager, no one can tell me if my shipment was dispatched.

I have been very patient but this is no longer acceptable.

This is shocking service, i don't recommend anyone buying parts from them, unless you enjoy poor service delivery.
