Service very poor

Sent a new Starter motor back to above business,as it was the incorrect one for my, car,sent an E mail,notifying them it was the incorrect part on the 9th December,was sent a notification that Francisca would attend.in the interim have sent 3 notifications to Francisca,and no Joy what so ever,did get a notification stating they are very busy.Paid in full for the starter.All the info was sent to Fransisca.Dead silence.Did buy a distributor from this company earlier and it burnt,literally caught fire within 5 minutes of fitment by a Qualified Mechanic in His workshop. With this kind of service,I absolutely cant recommend this company.
