Refunds not being processed

My Dad (Vishna Ramsamy) a pensioner aged 68 enquired about a air flow meter, which Francesca the sales lady assured she had on stock. My dad paid for the part via EFT (R1695) and waited for Francesca to call as soon as the money cleared. The money cleared from his account, then enquiring for the part to be picked. My dad was told they cannot get the part, but Francesca assured him originally they had the part. Francesca now advises to request a refund as they don't have the part and will not be able to get one. My dad requested a refund and was advised Nadine will assist with the refund. Nadine passes him to accounts. Whenever he calls, they put him on hold for 10 to 15minutes. My dad asked to speak to the manager, Ossie, he assured my dad it would be sorted. This going on over a month, no refund no part. Just pushed from pillar to post, from Francesca to Nadine, Nadine to accounts, accounts to Ossie. Now he is forced to use hello Peter and social media or the news papers. My question is how many people are ****** in this way and do not get their refunds because they get tired of enquiring.
