Refund not processed hor over 6 months

Ordered a car headlight part on the 19 June 2024 and they told me that it is out of stock after they deducted my money and that they said they will try to outsource but i they didn't i had to be the one to call them for feedback and according to their policy they must refund you within 7 days if they cant get your part , today its the 11 Dec 2024 i haven't recieved my refund when I call they hang up my calls,tomorrow am going to their offices in Randburg to demand my refund and open a case of ***** anyone who wats to join can contact me on ***
