Refund

Bought a front bumper for a 2013 w204 c63 on the 13th April with the vin number but the bumper supp**** was different....returned it the next morning with the invoice and Banking confirmation letter. 3 weeks later I still haven't received my refund despite numerous messages and calls to the sales rep. Apparently his Manager is dealing with it.
