Quick to sell - customer service non existent

I bought parts online that was falsely advertised. As soon as the parts were delivered, I phoned the company to arrange the returning of the parts and my refund. It has taken more than a month for my refund which has still not been done, no one at the company can assist and you get transferred to the next person. I requested to get in contact with the owner, to no avail. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and unprofessional business conduct. The phone has been dropped on me more times, and employees refuse to take my calls. Every time I call, there is a different excuse. Do not order from this website, client services is a laughing matter.
