Poor to nonexistent service

Very bad service. Exactly what other customers say on the reviews. No call, no feedback and no parts arrival. Went today to there so called shop. And its more a social party than business. My order was placed weeks ago, now suddenly one person want to look busy by trying to find my parts in a unorganized stock room.
