poor service ever

We spoke with Sihle (sales lady) on Monday the 19th March 2018 for a cam shaft to buy from her. She give us a invoice on it, we paid it directly into the bank, we arranged with our courier for pick up, when they come to pick up the parcel, the parcel where not ready, the courier notify us that they will pick it up the next day, when they come to pick up the parcel again it was still not ready, this morning we phoned the sales lady again and she said that she will sort it out, next thing some body from dispatched phone Danie and said that there were a problem with the cam shaft that we order and now they can get another one, but the price is different. It is not how it work, if you quote somebody on one thing then you need to give it for me on the quote price. I am not very happy about it, because the cam shaft should have been here on Tuesday the 20th March 2018, because the people is stuck on the road and needed to be on there way already, it is now Thursday the 22nd March 2018 and still the parcel is not ready for pick up. I would like to know how is going to pay for my clients stay due to that your people is delaying it. I would like to know as soon as possible what is going on. and when it will be resolve. (PS: I do have all documents, dates and correspondence to back up my side)
