Poor service

I ordered an alternator from them on the 20th Dec 2024(order YXDFSKRWZ) and even today no delivery,no communication from them but they took the money. When I check on their website the order says still processing and i bet they dont have the item i ordered in stock and the very same item i ordered its still available on their website. I will never ever buy from them again and i suggest people to do the same.
