Third time around buying from them, had the payment done in advance to avoid delays with the upcoming long weekend. Phoned in just to get a sad story from the consultant that there was no stock and the item had to be retrieved from their suppliers. If an item is out of stock list it as such on the website to avoid clients waisting their time and money. Utterly disappointed with the level of service.
