Poor service

About two weeks ago I required opel monza plug leads which I ordered from car online parts, the order was paid for and I was never told that I must pay a delivery fee although I uploaded my delivery address and requested a delivery to durban, now my order is currently sitting idle in the store awaiting collection, I contacted Fran from online Car parts anx he wants me to wait until 6th January for a refund which he is unacceptable, I require my refund to be processed ASAP so I can buy the required part from some one else
