Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered and paid for the parts on 25/03/2025. Phoned 5 times to get an ETA for delivery, sent 4 requests for ETA of the delivery, no one answers me. Very poor service from the staff. 11/04/2025 still no ETA!!! Will never buy from them again.
