Poor service

I eventually tracked their office in Randburg, after they had moved from their listed business address ( 1 Bond Street) to now at 118 Rabie road. I got my refund and will never use them ever again because they do not care about communicating to their customers but are able to take our money. It looks like the shop is under financial strain
