Pathetic Service

Don’t every buy from these people. Firstly their inventory data is inaccurate; system showed stock but when I eventually got hold of someone (Jarryd) on Monday, a week after the part was ordered and paid for he told me that they would be receiving the stock on the Wednesday between 12:00 and 13:00 and it would be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. He gave me his direct mobile # and said I could call him at 13:30 on the Wednesday. Good luck trying to reach Jarryd on the mobile # he provided and an absolute challenge to reach anyone on the landline provided. I eventually got through to a woman who put the phone on the desk for me to listen to the party in the background while I heard her calling Jarryd. After about 10 mins she put me through to a number that rang until I reached a voicemail and was cut off. So I still don’t know when the part will be here with my customer planning on collecting his vehicle tomorrow (Thursday) evening. Clearly there is no management involvement in running this business. Pathetic.
