Pathetic, deplorable, & fickle responses once they've got your money manner.

Ordered a clutch kit, their website stated that it had stock, I paid & received the order reference which was stuck in ' Process' ever since. After several attempts to contact, a particular salesman was contacted, which I thought that he was a shinning light in a very dark unresponsive tunnel of this company, after a week he stated that he has the part and has sent it by courier, a day later after receiving no updates, I phoned and he stated the part was lost, Now I am battling to get hold of their refund department....same roundaround & stuff around again.
