Parts returned

So far just ********** client service. I returned parts that did not fit my car. I called to see if they received the parts but they still searching but it shows that it was delivered. Are all returned parts just thrown on a pile and not checked and verified? My call was shifted between 4 different agents. Seems i might be wasting more airtime then the cost of the parts. Its really frustrating. Now im being told tuesday they will get back to me since Monday is a holiday 🙄. I bet Tuesday ill be wasting more airtime. Exonerate atleast you put in an effort to assist and hopefully by Tuesday this will be sorted so I can be refunded. My reference number for the order does not even show it seems.
